01 / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Website information and emergency situations
Content explains cleaning considerations and is not structural, electrical, engineering, medical, legal, insurance, or hazardous-material advice. Do not use a page, photograph, or message exchange to decide that entry or occupation is safe. A cleaning assessment does not establish structural or electrical safety, fitness for occupation, or fire compliance.
This website is not an emergency dispatch service. For an active emergency, contact the appropriate emergency services. Do not enter unsafe or restricted property, disturb suspect materials, or take dangerous-material photographs inside an unsafe area to support an enquiry.
02 / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Enquiries, quotations, and acceptance
Calling, emailing, or sending a WhatsApp message does not itself confirm a booking, price, attendance time, or agreement to perform work. Access conditions, suitability, scope, and commercial arrangements require confirmation. Existing safely taken photographs can assist a discussion but do not replace assessment where needed.
The applicable quotation or service agreement should identify included work, exclusions, responsibilities, and the relevant price and arrangements. Payment, scheduling, changes, and cancellation conditions need to be confirmed in that agreement rather than inferred from this website. Additional areas or tasks require review and agreement before they are treated as included.
03 / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Authorization, access, and site information
The person arranging work must have the appropriate authority or identify who must authorize it. Safe, authorized access is a prerequisite for assessment and cleaning. Owners, managers, and responsible site parties must establish the permissions and site conditions relevant to entry; a cleaning visit does not override restrictions.
Share known hazards, access limitations, relevant building arrangements, and planned work by other contractors. Suspected asbestos, chemicals, and unstable structures require qualified specialists. Industrial work is strictly conditional on confirmed capabilities, an acceptable defined scope, and authorized safe site conditions; no unverified industrial specialist capability is implied.
04 / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cleaning scope and specialist exclusions
Unless separately quoted and confirmed, work excludes structural repairs, reconstruction, repainting, electrical and plumbing work, engineering, hazardous-material handling, AC duct work, laboratory tests, insurance loss assessment, and fire certification. Cleaning an accessible exterior does not service machinery or appliances, certify safe operation, or approve food, merchandise, or equipment for use.
Concealed voids, equipment internals, inaccessible spaces, neighboring properties, and common areas are not automatically included. Separate permission and an accepted scope may be required. A cleaning handover concerns the agreed tasks, not a regulatory clearance, insurance approval, or authorization to reopen a business.
05 / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Materials, contents, odor, and outcome limits
Methods depend on the deposit, substrate, and existing condition. Suitable dry removal may precede wet cleaning, but no universal method is appropriate for every finish. Cleaning cannot reverse charring, heat distortion, damaged coatings, or all absorbed staining. Trial cleaning can inform expectations without guaranteeing full restoration.
Contents are selected for possible recovery with owner authorization. Porous or heat-damaged items may need replacement or specialist advice. Odor work starts with source removal and residue cleaning, not fogging alone. Permanent odor elimination is not guaranteed, especially where sources remain concealed, retained, or outside the agreed scope.
06 / TERMS AND CONDITIONS
External services, questions, and concerns
Phone, email, WhatsApp, and external website links involve third-party services with their own terms and privacy practices. This website has no enquiry form, account, authentication service, or payment facility. Review the privacy policy before sharing personal information, and limit attachments to material relevant to your enquiry.
Raise questions about a quotation before accepting it. If a concern arises after work, contact Cleanology Qatar with the agreed scope and the specific issue so it can be reviewed. These terms do not claim guaranteed legal compliance, determine an insurance entitlement, or purport to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Site-specific agreements and applicable obligations require appropriate consideration.
