Prepare a useful first message
Begin with the general location and property type, then briefly describe the affected areas and any known access restrictions. State whether you are the owner, tenant, manager, or another authorized representative. If another party must approve the work, identify that dependency before requesting arrangements.
You do not need a technical diagnosis. A clear account of what is already known is more useful than guessing at residue types or damage severity. If details are unavailable because access is restricted, say so; do not enter the property to fill gaps in an enquiry.
- Property type and area of Qatar, with a building or site name only where useful.
- Rooms, floors, or business zones known to be affected.
- Whether safe access has been authorized and which areas remain restricted.
- Whether contents remain in place and any items you want considered for cleaning.
- Known planned repairs, building permissions, and other contractors involved.
- Your preferred contact method and the person authorized to discuss the scope.

Do not take risks to send photographs
Only share existing photographs taken safely and with permission. Do not enter an unsafe or restricted property, move debris, open panels, approach suspect containers, or photograph dangerous materials from inside an unsafe area for us. Suspected asbestos, chemicals, or unstable structures require qualified specialists, not additional close-up images.
Images may help describe visible conditions but cannot establish structural safety, electrical safety, occupation fitness, or fire compliance. Avoid including identity documents, financial records, recognizable occupants, or private information unrelated to the cleaning enquiry. A brief written description is acceptable when no suitable photographs are available.

Explain access and building arrangements
For apartments and managed premises, mention building approval, service lift arrangements, loading access, and any common-area restrictions. For villas, identify affected floors and separate entrances if already known. For commercial sites, explain who controls the affected zone and whether neighboring or landlord-controlled areas are involved.
Industrial enquiries must include enough authorized site context to establish whether the requested work is within confirmed capabilities. Work remains conditional on a defined scope and authorized safe conditions. A cleaning assessment does not replace site safety decisions or authorize operation of equipment.

Confirm location and requested scope
We consider enquiries from Doha, West Bay, The Pearl, Lusail, Al Rayyan, Al Wakrah, Al Wakair, and Al Khor. Other locations require confirmation. Travel arrangements, access, timing, and the suitability of the requested work must be discussed; no attendance hours or response-time guarantee is stated here.
Cleaning does not automatically include structural repairs, reconstruction, repainting, electrical or plumbing work, engineering, hazardous materials, AC ducts, laboratory testing, insurance loss assessment, or fire certification. These are excluded unless separately quoted and confirmed. Mention any expectation involving those tasks so it can be addressed before a quotation is accepted.

Use the right channel for your situation
Phone may be useful for a first explanation; WhatsApp or email can help keep agreed details together. Third-party communication providers apply their own privacy terms. This website does not provide emergency dispatch, safety clearance, or an online booking system. For an active emergency, use the appropriate emergency services rather than a cleaning enquiry.
Once your enquiry is reviewed, the next step may be a request for existing information, discussion of assessment access, or clarification that another qualified specialist is needed first. Any proposed cleaning work requires a confirmed scope and commercial arrangements; sending a message alone does not authorize work.
