Our role in property recovery
Our role is to discuss and deliver an accepted cleaning scope, not to present every aspect of fire recovery as a cleaning service. A household may need help selecting retained contents, while a commercial operator may need clear boundaries between affected business areas and landlord-controlled spaces. Each enquiry starts with the property and circumstances rather than a universal package.
Villas, apartments, offices, retail units, restaurants, kitchens, and hotels have different access and material considerations. Industrial enquiries are strictly conditional on confirmed capabilities, a defined acceptable scope, and authorized safe site conditions. This website does not claim specialist industrial processes that have not been verified.

Practical methods rather than blanket promises
Cleaning choices depend on the surface, deposit, and existing damage. Suitable dry removal of loose soot may precede wet cleaning of smoke residues, with trial areas where appropriate. Some materials retain staining or have been physically altered by heat, so cleaning cannot be described as a substitute for replacement or repair.
We consider recoverable contents selectively. Porous or heat-damaged belongings may need replacement or specialist evaluation. Odor management starts with source removal and cleaning rather than fogging alone, and a permanent odor result is not guaranteed. These limits are part of an honest discussion, not details to leave until the end.

Safety decisions belong with the right professionals
Safe, authorized access is required before assessment or cleaning. Our cleaning assessment does not establish structural safety, electrical safety, fire compliance, or occupation fitness. Suspected asbestos, chemicals, or unstable structure requires qualified specialists. Do not enter an unsafe property to gather information for us.
Unless separately quoted and confirmed, our cleaning scope excludes structural repairs, reconstruction, repainting, electrical and plumbing work, engineering, hazardous materials, AC duct work, laboratory tests, insurance loss assessment, and fire certification. Where another discipline is needed, its role should remain distinct from the cleaning quotation.
